Mr. Keerti Bhusan Pradhan is an adviser for Health Care Initiatives in the Asian and African countries. He holds a Masters in Healthcare Management from the premier institute in India, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, a WHO collaborating center for Health Policy and Management. In addition he has a MIPH degree (Management of International Public Health) from Centers for Diseases Control & Emory University, Atlanta USA. Mr. Pradhan has 25 years of experience in health sector program development, strategy, planning and management. His experience began with grassroots community health program management in Odisha state of India and expanded to managing large-scale healthcare, hospital and capacity building programs in Asian and African countries. His experience includes working for Government, Private, Charity and Corporate groups. Mr. Pradhan has worked with various International Agencies and Centers of Excellence in healthcare sector. Before taking up the Freelance Consultant’s role for Eye Hospitals & Health Systems in Asia and Africa, he was a Senior Consultant of management and capacity building at the renowned eye hospital in India (Aravind Eye Care System), a WHO collaborating center for prevention of blindness, heading their consultancy and capacity building division at LAICO (Lions Aravind Institute of Community Ophthalmology).
He has experience working towards development of sustainable healthcare organisations with 15 Asian and 12 African countries. His expertise is in Innovative and Cost Effective management of healthcare services, Strategic Planning and Organisational Sustainability. He mentors and guides CEOs and Board of Directors and Top management of health services organizations and helps paradigm shift in thinking. His interest is Creativity, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in Healthcare.
