First of its kind Online course for Patient Counselling focusing on various aspects of the process of patient counselling and the art and science behind it. Counselling is a skill which has a direct impact on patient care and revenues of the Hospital, and it is especially important for the staff involved in counselling to do it in with a humane and scientific approach combined. This six-week course would equip patient counsellors with latest knowledge and skills to do their jobs better.
